Hi. I am Raj Chettri.
Welcome to my corner of the internet — I’m really glad you’re here. Whether you stumbled in out of curiosity or found me through a specific interest, you’ve landed in a space where learning, growth, and a little bit of organized chaos meet. I created this blog as a place to share what I’m discovering in real time — from cybersecurity deep dives and tech experiments to personal reflections, productivity tips, and the occasional dad-worthy observation about life. Think of this as a living notebook — structured enough to be useful, but relaxed enough that you don’t need a dictionary or a VPN to enjoy it.
A bit about me: I’m a curious soul with a structured mind. I’ve served in the U.S. Army in cyber operations and have a background that spans from repairing attack helicopters to studying how artificial intelligence and regulation intersect. I like systems that make life easier, ideas that stretch my brain, and tools that help people grow — whether it’s mastering the Linux terminal, designing a clean morning routine, or figuring out how to raise kind, thoughtful kids in a digital world. I believe in the power of continuous learning and practical application — which is why you’ll find both “how-to” guides and deeper musings here.
Outside of work and study, I recharge in a few distinct ways. I enjoy road trips, casual writing (sometimes in cursive), hacking together Python scripts for fun, and learning about new technologies that actually solve problems. I’m fascinated by startups, strategy, and long-term investing — especially when I can tie them back to real life. I love a good podcast or book that leaves me thinking differently, and I like my ideas clear, my coffee strong, and my file backups automated. What I don’t enjoy? Overcomplication, wasted time, and untested assumptions.
This blog isn’t just about sharing knowledge — it’s about building momentum. Whether you’re here for a tip, a tool, or just to see how someone else navigates life in a fast-moving, tech-driven world, I hope you’ll find something useful and encouraging here. Feel free to reach out, ask questions, or just say hello. You’re always welcome, and I’m grateful to have you along for the journey.
